April Fools 1996

The UA SEDS undergraduates decided to outshine the LPL graduate students' annual April Fools prank. Project Capricorn was born of that dream. To create a "Mars face" in the rover test garden for LPL staff to find the morning of April 1st, 1996. Now that the statute of limitations has expired, the caper included:
